Satemwa Tea Estate is one of the original founding tea estates that led to the creation of Malawi’s successful tea industry – now a major employer and boost in the country’s economy. Satemwa was founded in 1923 in the highlands of southern Malawi. Their pioneering knowledge of the terrior and unique tea processing techniques have been passed down the generations to ensure that each cup of Satemwa tea is as distinctive to the region as the leaves itself. The estate specialises in producing a wide range of Black, Green, Oolong, White and Dark teas – all available at our famous low prices.
